Bao Hoang is Founder and Group CEO of Roll’d Australia Pty Ltd. With experience as a multi-site franchisee and ongoing shareholder in a Physiotherapy group, Bao cemented his passion for entrepreneurship.

Bao now invests his energy in sharing his love of food, family and heritage. Bao is a forward-thinker and dreams big, with key strengths in strategic planning, innovation and financial literacy. He is passionate about creating a sustainable business model to support global expansion, whilst maintaining strong brand equity-centered on people with his same ‘family’ values.
